The winners of the 2024 scarecrow competition
Over the weekend of the festival, there was an online voting system which allowed people to vote for their favourite scarecrow. There was a prize for the scarecrow with the most votes. Also there was a prize for a lucky voter chosen at random.

| Second place |  | Second place goes to the bride throwing the bouquet of flowers. The impression of movement was amazing. |
| Third place |  | Third place goes to the Stevie Wonder on Badcock Road. Not only was it a lifelike model, it also played Stevie’s wonderful tune “Superstition” which lists all sorts of superstitions. |
| Commended |  | Commended goes to the grey haired man on Trinity Close. A splendid scarecrow, with so much detail in all the things around him. |
| Winner of the lucky voter | Everyone who entered their favourite in the online voting system, was entered in to a draw for a prize. The random lucky voter number was Ruth R. The prize is on its way. |
